Acceptance and eligibility
By using Velvetshade Baking Atelier, you agree to these terms and applicable law. You are responsible for providing accurate information and using the service only where you are legally able to do so.
Course materials
Course lessons, recipes, written guides, recordings, and editorial materials are provided for personal learning. Do not copy, resell, publicly redistribute, or present the materials as your own instruction without written permission.
Catalog and demonstration cart
Catalog prices and descriptions are presented for course planning. The current cart is a front-end demonstration and does not create a payment obligation or process a transaction. Any future purchase terms will be shown before payment.
Responsible use
Use safe kitchen practices, follow appliance instructions, and check ingredients for your own needs. Velvetshade Baking Atelier does not guarantee a particular result because equipment, ingredients, environment, and experience vary.
Accounts and saved features
You are responsible for keeping account credentials confidential if account services are enabled. Fallows and cart values stored in a browser may be lost when local data is cleared or a different device is used.
Intellectual property
The brand, design, course structure, written content, and original materials belong to Velvetshade Baking Atelier or its licensors. These terms grant limited personal use and no ownership transfer.
Changes and termination
We may update features, course descriptions, or these terms when necessary. We may restrict access for misuse, unlawful behavior, or material breach. Any mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
